Team 007 tackled the news story that almost every student at Roger Williams is wondering about. What the hell is going on in and around North Campus? There has been extensive construction taking place, resulting in traffic to be backed up and directed through several detours.
We were successful in this news package because we covered both how the students felt about the traffic and the actual construction plans that are expected to be finished. This news package gives viewers a sense of relief that although the traffic around North Campus is inconvenient and aggravating there actually is a final product that looks really nice.
The campus is being switched around a great deal. It is kind of sad to think that it is all happening the year I leave, I just hope I still recognize the place when I come back to visit in a few years!
